Sandy Guy

Office Manager

Sandy is responsible for maintaining records – OSHA, employee training, expense reports, safety manuals, client site setup, along with many other office duties.  She is the support line to all field personnel when they need anything from shipping to scheduling flights & accommodations, site specific training, locating freight companies, etc.

Mrs. Guy has been with Purchasing & Parts Solutions Co., Inc. for over 9 years.  Previously, she worked in the finance / banking business for more than two decades and for 4 years in Real Estate.


Tom Chapman

Supply Chain Consultant

Tom provides expertise in supply chain inventory, organization, and implementation. He is adept at updating customer computer records and working closely with them on Supply Chain issues.

Tom holds numerous Power Plant, Safety, and Management Training certifications. He attended Mississippi State University.  Tom retired after 37 years with Entergy.  He is a part-time employee of PPSC Inc and has assisted with numerous projects all over the U.S.  While with Entergy, he spend 14 years in management overseeing plant operations, ICE shop, Contractors and other Supply personnel.   Customers find his knowledge of all plant operations, including Supply Chain, invaluable.


Natalie Breithaupt

Supply Chain Consultant

Providing  pre- and post-outage inventory and organizational support for power plant warehouses,  Natalie helps customer facilities operate more efficiently and effectively.

She is a Member of the PPSC, Inc. Board of Directors.
Natalie holds numerous Education, Safety Training and certifications, including TWIC. She earned an Associates Degree in General Studies from Hinds Community College(2003), a BS Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi (2005). At both schools, she earned President’s and Dean’s List honors.  Natalie is a part-time employee since the founding of PPSC, Inc., beginning when she was in high school.


Edith Breithaupt

Sec/Treasurer,  Asst. Office Manager

As Co-owner of PPSC, Inc and member Board of Directors, Edith wears many hats, including Accounting and assists the President of PPSC. She has worked at the company since 2003.

Edith graduated with an Associate’s Degree from Hinds Jr. College (1973) then  attended University of Southern Mississippi (1973-1976). She has extensive educational, management, and banking training and experience, including serving as Head of Operations Deposit Guaranty Bank(Vicksburg branch, now Regions).


Charlie Breithaupt

President/Owner

Charlie brings 37 years of experience in the power, manufacturing and supply chain industries. His expertise has impacted power, industrial and manufacturing companies in 42 U.S. States and several foreign countries.

He founded PPSC, Inc. in April 1998, following a long career with Baxter Wilson SES and Entergy, where he served as Warehouse Coordinator, Materials Supervisor. He was responsible for all warehouse, material planning, purchasing and labor/contract activities for the Baxter Wilson SES 1981-1992. He was then promoted to Entergy Corp. in 1992 as Supply Chain Coordinator for all Mississippi and Northern Louisiana fossil power plants in the system. Also, Charlie worked for Kuhlman Inc, a transformer manufacturer in Crystal Springs, Mississippi from 1998-2000, serving as their first Purchasing Supervisor.

Charlie is a Lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager with the National Assocation of Purchasing Management. He also holds numerous management, technical and safety training certifications, including TWIC.

He attended Hinds Jr. College (1973-75), and Transferred to University of Southern Mississippi-BS-1975.

His goal is to continue to provide unique Supply Chain services that provide the technical and professional support to power, industrial, and manufacturing entities.


Leigh Breithaupt

Special Assistant to the President, Leigh’s responsibility includes insuring that the President always understands real life priorities, and she keeps everyone on their toes.  She graduated from Clinton, Mississippi Schools in 2007.


Eric Breithaupt 

Vice President/Inventory Projects Manager

Eric is a key provider of IT and computer-related supply chain services, working mostly on inventory and outage projects. He also provides business development, account management and coordinates personnel for projects.
Eric has vast industry experience, working for PPSC for more than 17 years, and serves on the Board of Directors.
He holds numerous certifications in safety and management.  He is currently working on completing a degree at Mississippi State University.


Chris Moore

Senior Outage Manager

Chris has been employed with PPSC for more than nine years.  His duties include overseeing and managing outage support projects.  He is also responsible for business development activities in all aspects of PPSC services, primarily in the outage support area.  He also supports and helps coordinate other PPSC projects, including inventory and start up power projects.  Chris has a wealth of practical experience and knowledge in the power industry and has successfully completed many safety and other power industry programs.


Tyler Berry

Our newest employee, having joined us in February, 2018. He serves as a Supply Chain Specialist. In this role, he has already proven to be an asset for our clients and our team. A hard worker, Tyler is driven to enhance his knowledge and capabilities to provide outstanding service to PPSC clients in the future.
